The is for those patients already participating in the weight loss program at BMA. Unfortunately no new weight loss patient slots are being accepted at this time. Appropriate for patients needing a monthly face-to-face appointment for a weigh-in, medication management
Cancellation Policy
Please call 24 hours in advance when needing to reschedule or cancel appointments. No-shows will be rebooked at the discretion of the business. Please do not reply to the reminder email, call or text 802-558-0134 to cancel or reschedule. If this is your first appointment, the office is located within the Parkview Professional Building, in Suite 6. If you come in the entrance with the white awning, go up to the 2nd floor. Take a left at the top of the stairs. Go through the door, and the office is straight ahead.
